Aude Emmanuel completed her Bachelor of Public Administration with a Certificate in Leadership at Florida International University. Aude is currently working on her Master of Public Administration with a Certificate in Human Resource Policy and Management. Aude is driven and committed to her career goals and passions. She is motivated by a deep appreciation for public policy and public administration. Ms. Emmanuel believes that the implementation of government programs and policies encourage positive change and common good within our communities, which she promotes and encourages in her leadership positions. She is a member of the ASPA South Florida Organization, ICMA, Pi Alpha Alpha, NFBA and is the vice president of ASPA SFSA (South Florida Student Association) at FIU. Her soft skills are sharp as she pays attention to detail and is willing to push the boundaries.Aude has had the opportunity to participate in an internship at the Department of Public Policy and Administration at FIU. The internship allowed room for her growth in her professional career and offered a visual perspective of what she might face in her career. She also interned at the Research Department at FIU. Where she worked on the Boynton Beach Research Project where she was able to conduct research on the Boynton Beach policies and procedures and While a student at Florida International University, reviewed the City’s internal systems, policies, and processes. Which established the capacity to assess, implement, and monitor a social and racial equity strategy to promote a culture of diversity and inclusion. Aude holds a position in the Financial Aid Department as a Federal Work Study Student where she Provides customer service support. Presents information about requirements, deadline dates and general information for the Financial Aid office to prospective and current students.
As the Graduate Assistant for FIU in DC, Aude represents a community that promotes higher education policies that will benefit students. With their interest being her main priority, Aude is on a journey that will allows her to guide students on their endeavors into governmental relations. Taking on leadership roles encourage Aude’s intentions on making a change as a young woman of minority in the public and private sector.
