President Mark B. RosenbergFIU, Miami's first and only public research university, is a window into the future of higher education and research innovation. Recently ranked Carnegie top-tier status, our faculty researchers and students are tackling some of the world's greatest challenges of our time.

Be it transportation infrastructure, our fragile environment, STEM Education, or minority health disparities, FIU has already developed an influential voice in the national dialogue. We aim to make that voice even stronger here in our nation's capital.
