Bio

Gerald Torres-Soto is a Senior at Florida International University studying International Relations. His areas of studies have concentrated on National Security, Public Policy, and Cybersecurity. At the intersection of technology and international relations, he has worked on dis/misinformation occurring in elections throughout Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America with FIU's Diplomacy Lab. He eventually wants to apply for the Pickering or Rangel Fellowship to obtain his Master’s in International Relations. After which he wishes to use it for a career in the Department of State, the Intelligence Community, or a Think Tank.
