My name is Ness Cruz, I am a junior with a major in International Relations and a minor in Education. I am most passionate about human rights policy, particularly in the intersectional identities within the LGBTQIA2+ community. For my participation in the Fall 2023 Hamilton Scholars cohort, I will be working alongside Mary Ann Orta in the Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute.
