Monica Mata

Bio

Monica Mata, a Cuban American senior at Florida International University, is majoring in International Business within the College of Business and is a member of the honors college. She has held several leadership roles on campus, including Director of the International Business Honor Society, which oversees the student-run Bandhwari Women's Project. Last summer, she interned with Google in NYC as a BOLD intern, gaining experience with Google Customer Solutions.

Monica is passionate about global perspectives and creating inclusive environments where everyone can find their voice. She hopes to advocate for small business policies that support marginalized communities. Her life mission is to leave a positive impact on the world by leveraging business, technology, and public policy to build a more connected and meaningful global community.
