Bio
Kay Groover is a Senior Florida International University Studying International Relations and Political Science. Her studies have a topic focus of Human Rights and an area focus of southern Africa. She is employed with the Partnership for Public Service on their Federal Executive Network and Government Effectiveness teams. Previously, she has worked abroad for the Parliamentary Monitoring Group (PMG) in Cape Town, South Africa. She is an avid reader interested in pre-colonial Africa, race relations, and lasting colonial impacts. After graduation, she is interested in working with persons impacted by the justice system or other areas of humanitarian employment.
